Refund Policy

We handle Returns with our ultimate goal of serving our customers and exceeding their expectations. Our return policy lasts 3 days from the receipt of your order.
To be eligible for returns, you item(s) must be UNUSED, UNWORN, with ALL Tags attached and in the same condition received with no missing pieces or damage.

Exempt items for returns
The following items are exempt for being returned:
* All Sale Merchandise
* Gift Cards
Items with no RMA number or return attempted after 3 days of receipt of merchandise

To be Eligible for Returning merchandise
You must contact us ( within 3 days of receipt of your order. You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. This has to be written on the outside of the box (which has to be properly sealed and closed).

Return Shipping charges are YOUR responsibility...This includes paying Customs and Duty (if applicable) plus insurance/tracking to ensure your package is received by us as we do NOT guarantee we will receive your returned item without this.

Sorry - Purchases made on our website must be returned by MAIL ONLY. Returns MUST have an RMA number and notify us within 3 days after receiving the item(s).  All correspondence through our email

(Please note that this return policy ONLY applies to orders. Boutique locations have a NO REFUND policy and returns for items purchased there are NOT accepted).
